As part of my nanny or babysitting service I can cook dinner in your home.  All I need is a recipe with ingredients and I’ll provide the family with a home cooked meal.  Either choose from the list below or provide me with your own selected recipe to follow.  I love a challenge in the kitchen.

Important things to remember:

> It doesn’t even have to be for tonight’s dinner. Why not freeze it for later?

> Cooking with kids around means multitasking so please consider time when suggesting a dish.

> All suggestions are open to substitution so just inform me of any desired changes (Allergies, taste etc.).

> Didn’t get to to the shops?  I can go for you. Just leave some petty cash and I’ll leave a receipt.

> Bold ingredients are optional.

Recipe suggestions


018Lasagna (45 minutes)

500g mince | 700g pasta sauce or canned tomatoes | 1 onion | 1 garlic | lasagna sheets | 3 tbs plain flour | 3 tbs butter | 3 cups milk | 2 cups of your favourite grated cheese

What your kitchen needs – oven | fry pan  | pot | lasagna dish

500g mince | 1 can red kidney beans | taco seasoning | 4 tortillas (to fit your desired dish) | 2 tbs plain flour | 2  tbs butter | 2 cups milk | 2 cups of your favourite grated cheese | 1 carrot | sour cream | salsa ingredients

Roast meal (meat cooking time & 40 minutes for veggies)

Cut of Roast meat | potatoes | pumpkin | brown onion | sweet potato | carrots | peas | gravy mix

400g pasta | 400ml cooking cream | 1/2 cup parmesan cheese | 5 rashes of bacon | garlic | 3 eggs | 1 chicken breastfresh parsley

500g minced beef| taco seasoning | 1 onion | 1 carrot | 2 tomatoes | grated cheese | lettuce or spinach  | soft or hard shell tacos | sour cream | 1 avocado | salsa | 1 lime | 1 can kidney beans

500g minced beef or 1 BBQ chicken | 700ml  pasta sauce or canned tomatoes | garlic | 1 onion | 1 tomato | 400g pasta | tomato paste | 1 carrot | handful spinach | fresh herbs
